if you see anywhere a person Cruel and you cant stop him by your strength so what will do to save an innocent from him?

I would pick up something and try to stop them if they are trying to hurt or run off with someone.. As calling 911 might not be quick enough to save the innocent.. If in public, I would yell and attract attention..
