I am so Depressed..

Today i feel alone...I did not feel like eating; my appetite was poor felt depressed I felt that everything I did was an effort..I felt hopeful about the future I thought my life had been a failure..I felt fearful,,My sleep was restless,,I talked less than usual..I felt lonely..I felt sad..

I am sorry that you felt lonely. Never think about the losses or something bad happend in the past. always keep hopes and try to be happy every moment. Always think about positive side of everything in life.

Hi there Madhavee! On times like that, I would recommend spending time with the people you love and people who loves you - your family and friends. I think that when you see the people who cares for you and you're surrounded with love, all your worries and problems will look smaller than they actually are and you'll realize that with those people who love you and God on your side, what else will you need? Second, pray. When it seems like there's no more hope, and nothing will make you feel better, talk to God. God never fails and he gives you what you need, in His time.

I'm sorry you feel so bad. Hopefully, this feeling will pass soon and you will begin to feel more like yourself. If not, in a couple of weeks, seek some medical help to see if there isn't some underlying reason for your depression. In the meantime, be good to yourself and do eat healthy, balanced meals, and if you cannot sleep, at least try to meditate to calm your mind. Good luck to you.

you do not be emotional much. think for those,who are either physically handicapped,criminal victim,sunami victim,or other god troubled human being.have they loss,their interest in life?? tell me. failer or winner is a part of life,and everyone suffer with this,you are not alone. share your problems with your own personal friens/close relative,and lastly belive upon your self,that you have to overcome by your own,without any one helf. and also,accept wish of your this friend for a happy life soon

When we spend more time alone we get more and more depressed. I think one of the way to deal with depression or sadness is to keep onself busy. I would suggest you to visit your friends or relatives and give less time to feel sad. Treat yourself with chocobars and ice creams. Visit beaches and feel the water flow through the legs. One of the best way to keep happy is to have a pet. Having a pet like dogs, cats, etc helps to keep onself busy and also less depressed. Another thing to do is start a work or hobby like gardening or exercise like cycling or walking. These helps to keep the correct balance of chemicals in our body.
