criteria: user friendly

ever since i've had a cellphone, i've always had a nokia. i started with a 3310, then a 6510, an 8250 and now i have a nokia 6280 which i am very fond of. i have the black one and i call it my black choco. hehehe... i enjoy the 3g features, the ability to go to the internet which works fine with me and most of all, the music player. people tell me there are other cellphone brands with the same features which are more user friendly and even have cool additional perks. what do you think??
