Fitness A New Avenue To A Great Body

There are a thousand and one ways to get a good workout, from shooting hoops to walking the dog to romping on a stair-climber. But according to experts, a better way to get fit and gain newfound confidence is to start pumping iron. Heavier free weights are key to gaining strength and confidence, people, especially women, need to get over any fear or misconceptions they may have about free weights or what lifting will do to their body. Lifting properly will help you build a leaner body, not necessarily a bigger body. Consider finding a partner that can spot you. That way, you can have courage to try new moves and push more weight.

I would not consider lifting Weights For Fitness there is so many things for Women to do and I still believe that the Weight Lifting is only for Men

yes, you are right but there are many woman that still do this including my daughters but they are only small hand weights.
