Remote control codes anyone? / myLot

I´m trying to program my Panasonic Universal remote control to work with my Toshiba VCR, but have lost the code sheet. Does anyone have instructions or know of a website where I can find them? Help would be very much appreciated!

Thanks, I just found the codes I need on that site. However they aren´t working with my control. Maybe the control is screwy?
