In search for alternative and natural health treatments, I came across the website www.watercure.com two years ago, and I was amazed by the fact that there's a lot more to plain water than most of us know. It can actually cure our aches and pains among its other great benefits! This is an inexpensive way of keeping ourselves healthy and disease-free. Apparently, when we feel pain, it's our body crying for water. We get a certain degree of dehydration that causes pain, and simple hydration can heal it. What do you think of this breakthrough?

I know that you should be drinking the equivalent of 8 glasses of water a day, especially to keep you hydrated and to flush your liver and kidneys of the impurities. I go to the gym so lose a lot of water through sweating. I didn't realize water is so amazing when it comes to healing, thanks for sharing.

We've been told since childhood to drink our 8 glasses daily, and it's common knowledge. It's good to know we can have more health benefits from this. It's something worth sharing to everyone. Thanks for responding. :)

when i used to go to the gym last year, i was adviced by my instructor to take in a lot of water especially when working out to replenish the lost fluids from my body due to sweating a lot.

Yes, otherwise you will get dehydrated easily. That's why we have the likes of Gatorade nowadays that get absorbed faster than ordinary water.

i always take in lots of water per day. i feel really refreshed with it rather than taking in sodas and other beverages. just water alone can quench away my thirst and makes me feel so fresh and cool. i eat a lot and i love to eat sweets and at times, junk foods, too. and one way to eliminate wastes in my body is by taking in water. it's one way of keeping myself fit, too. when i feel that my back is aching or if my feet are in pain, i go for lukewarm water and take a bath with it. and i feel better afterwards. i wonder what other benefits i can get from water. i will check the website you left.

You won't believe the other benefits our body can get from drinking plain water. Do check out the site and tell me what you think. The part that made me believe is that there is no medicine or product being sold by endorsing this natural cure all. Everybody can afford it. Thanks for responding! :)

Thanks for sharing that link. :) It's really important to know if the water we're drinking is clean in order for us to reap its benefits. Not all water is safe to drink and we have to be sure we're taking in the right one.
