We are visiting family for lunch on Easter Sunday. I have been asked to make a pudding. Please let me know if you think this will be ok or too rich. Mix jelly with tin of ideal milk and beat until thick and foamy. Line a dish with crushed tennis biscuits mixed with butter. Pour over the jelly milk mixture. Add a tin of strawberries to it and allow to set. Melt marshmallows over low heat. When all melted quickly fold in fresh cream and put over the jelly milk mixture. Sprinkle peppermint chocolate all over. Eat when cold. Delicious, I probably won't be able to move after eating all the lovely food!
