One of the most involving rpg's I've ever played, it's sad to think of how far newer rpg's have strayed from this. Please post your thoughts on the game.

I liked the infinity engine. Baldur's Gate was so colorful and had a magical atmosphere. I liked the Icewind Dale series as well. It would be great to see Baldur's Gate III.

I'd be estatic to see another BG game, I'd ust hope that the new team would be able to deliver the rich involving plot that made the others so great. An added note to the person above: Don't post about something completely off topic.

Baldars Gate 3 should be coming out soon. I took an online survey and was allowed to see some of the festures and it looks like it will take all the greatness of the previous two and adds even more!

Definetely one of the best rpgs ever...I think its even better then Neverwinter Nights...Baldurs Gate has a charm...that NWN never managed to do the same.
