Pork Loin

I have an awesome recipe for pork loin or chops that I want to share. It's very easy but oh...so delicious! First of all, take a Reynolds Oven Cooking Bag Put your pork chops into the bag and add a bottle of Kraft Italian Dressing. Tie up the bag, and place in the refrigerator. Leave this overnight to marinate. An hour before dinner time, preheat oven to 375*, take pork chops out of the fridge and untie bag. Add 3 cups of water and 1 1/2 cups of uncooked rice. Use a twistie tie, and tie the bag back up tightly. Place into a glass baking dish, in case some of the water accidently leaks out, it won't make a mess in your oven. Bake for 1 hour. The rice will soak up the water, the dressing and any drippings from the meat. Serve with bread and a vegetable, and you have a delicious and easy meal with very little preparation!

Thank for this recipe, it is one like we do now and a variation is always nice to have. We have a bottle of herbs from the MarketDay thing we buy foods from and we absolutely love that taste. Crockpot, stovetop, or oven the herbs leave a great taste. Ozzie cat is on my lap and I cannot jump up to get the title on the bottle. Thanks for sharing this recipe. Straight to Notepad it goes.

I'd be interested to find out what it is. I love trying different things. My kids are not too big on cooking with big pieces of onion, so I'm always looking for different spices to take their place.

yes, unfortunately, we are eating out way too much lately, with it being softball season. It seems that we are always at the ball park.

Oh that sounds delicious. I just bought pork chops the other day. I guess we will have to try it. If I can remember to pick up some oven bags...lol I especially like the easy clean up. Thanks for sharing with us.

That's what I like the most about them...no scrubbing the pan when something burns on them.
