The Fifth Plenary Session of the sixteenth Central Committee of CPC opened on Oct. 8th in Beijing . In the being-held plenum, our policy-makers are drawing up the five-year economic blueprint to maintain a stable and rapid economic growth during following five years , improve the quality and efficiency of our economy, speed up the economic transformation by developing a recycling economy and constructing a energy-saving ,environmental-friend society. It's a hopeful sighn that our nation will slip in the right direction , in which our great nation suffered too many twists and turns in early 19centry , seemingly no backward hand can repel the whole willness of Chinese people to come true their dream : prosperity, democracy, rule of law,equality, and justice. A small step sees a leapfrog in our future, it's not only wish but our courage and energy.
