Somebody Sneezed!

When someone sneezes, we often say "bless you!" or "God bless you!", or "Gesundheit!" (German for "health"?). I'd expect there would be lots of other similar expressions for sneezing from different cultures, but a quick Google search didn't bring much up.
Wonder if anyone out there has any unique ones?

When I sneeze my little dog stopes what he is doing and comes up to me to see if I am fine. I tell him "Mama's fine I just exploded". Do not get me started on what he does when the explosion comes from the other end. LOL
