Sometimes I feel like I get more done by noon than most people do all day.

My power hours start at 5pm and run till about 9pm. That's when I quit to settle down b4 bedtime. Usually I go for a long walk soon after I quit cleaning, then come home and head to bed. I can't sleep good at all unless I destress which is when the walking comes in.

Working a graveyard shift three nights a week has changed my power hour now and it has taking some adjusting, getting used of the new schedule I have. But I have always been a morning person all my life.

My power hour is the first hour when I wake up and like you I am more productive until about noon :) Sometimes I get some productivity also in the evening but it is not a rule.

I love the pocket kitties too. Anyway, I have so much energy so early in the morning, maybe because I go to sleep so early I have to fight myself between 5-7am to sleep and not bother my husband, he get's up around 8am and just slow pokes all day and it drives me crazy. He will make a million trips to the same place, instead of getting all done at once.

Mine is usually early afternoon. Or late evening. It really depends on the day. There are days I get up beyond hyper and get everything done right away, other days I do it afternoon.

Thinking that mine has a lot to do with 3 cups of coffee in the morning and my sugar intake. Maybe it's just me I like to get everything done and over with asap. And after lunch take the afternoon's easy, I feel lazy and taking a nap. Taking the rest of the day as it comes along.
