sheila dixit and new delhi

do u consider shila dixit responsible for the new improved face of delhi wat do think would hae happened to delhi without her and wat about the cealing issue

Indeed, Delhi has gained a lot under Shiela Dixit. However, the gains have also been due to Delhi Metro and work done by many corporates in and around Delhi, who have contributed in terms of taxes and investments.

There maybe improvement in Delhi, but with the rate and the amount of resources that are spend on the well being of the city, the improvement is still less. It could have been revolutionizing for Delhi, being the capital of the country, but with still having crappy rivers filled with gunk and with the daily rape cases, there doesn't seem to be as equivalent improvement in Delhi as there should be to be honest. But people are entitled to their opinions. I believe Delhi needs an efficient change, don't know who, because at this point there doesn't seem to anyone capable to reform the city.just my thoughts, don't hate me for it. :)
