Do you find it hard to relax?

I have a week off work and I just cannot slow down. I havent been very well and I'm supposed to be resting and getting my head straight, but I just keep finding things I want to be getting on with. I really don't think I know how to relax any more.
Anyone else find it hard to switch off and just enjoy the day?

I find it difficult to find time to relax these days. Although I am unemployed there always seems to be so much to get done around the house. I spend a lot of time here, and also job hunting on the internet, getting the housework done, sewing, even the mundane chores take up time. When I do get the chance to sit and relax I always find myself thinking of all the things I still need to do, things I know have to be done, and inevitably I can't switch off.

Thats exactly how I feel, I have a full time job as well, but even so I don't think it would be much different even if I was home all the time. I do long to have a chance to try working entirely for myself,maybe I wouldnt feel so bad about being constantly busy then because I'd be able to see there was a purpose to it all.

I dunno about work addiction, its certainly hard to lose control. Silly thing is, if I could afford to leave my job I would, I'd much rather work for myself, so I shouldnt feel so stressed by it. I just want more time at home I think.

I have seven children and three dogs...there is no way I can turn it off. They will not let me! LOL
The only way I end up not doing anything during that day is if I am sick.
And then it would not be enjoying it.
At least you will have the satisfaction of getting things accomplished that you normally would not have done or been stressed doing if you were at work this week.
I think that would be a part of enjoying. :)

I find it hard to unwind DURING the working week but not really once I am on holidays.
