Problem with Navigation tags showing on web search

I've been working on my Church's website for some time, and everything seemed to be going great. Yesterday I checked in on it, and after entering the URL it did bring up the site but by the "index.html" tag for the homepage from the directory and nav bar!! Eeek!! Does anyone know how to repair this? Horrified, Tigerlily03
