Do you sleep in dark or use any colored deem light?

Do you sleep in switching off your all light or you use deem light, if so what color of deem light is favourite to you? I use deem light and light blue or lime is my favorite bulb. Sleep in the darkness make me fearn when I dream bad or fearceful dream.

I sleep in pitch black darkness. Come to think of it, I like stay in the dark during my waking hours with the dimmest light possible. My eyes are just too sensitive to the light.

I sleep in the dark.. I can't get to sleep if lights are on..
But if I have to choose a color for the deem light, I think I will go with lime or red.
yet I hope I won't have to share the room with someone who fears sleeping in the dark :p

Well, poor you!! Thankfully, that doesn't happen to me and I sleep in the dark with all the lights off. I wouldn't go to sleep at all if some lights are on. I think it is very distracting.
