I just sold out of most of my candles I make and am looking for new essential oils to add to my collection.I would really like to know what types of scents to buy to increase my sales. My favorites are Granny Smith and Jolly Rancher. What are your favorites?

Have you smelled chocolate chip. I'm a cookie lover and when I burn that one it does really smell the oven is on baking cookies. I like many others that were mentioned as well. bb:)s

I tried a new scent a couple of weeks ago, Sweet Orange & Chili Pepper. I was pleastantly suprised how much I enjoyed the scent. It was a veggy & soy candle and the scent was so strong you could smell it as soon as I walked in the house and the candle was in the bacement. I'm sold and now I'm selling them and I won't change candles cause Ive never burnt another candle that compares and I burn alot of candles.

How about: - Orange Blossoms (good for fighting irritability, depression, anxiety and fear) - Cedarwood (good for fighting anxiety, fear and) insecurity - Sandalwood (good for fighting anxiety, depression, fatigue, irritability and stress) My favorite is a blended candle a lady who lives locally makes with orange, lemon, cardamom and cedarwood. Smelling that always puts me in a good mood.

I really like fresh and flower scents. I like pine tree, lilac, hydrangea, and rain scents. Where do you sell your candles at?

Thank you for the suggestion.I love the pine scent at Christmas.Fresh flowers scents sell well in the sring and summer.I sell out of my home during the week. Then on weekends I sell at a local flea market in Baltimore U.S.A.Since it is getting nice out I will tell my customers to come see at my house on weekends. It beats lugging everything out of the house at 5:30 am.I will set tables out front.I did not sell this weekend.I didn't feel well today.

I have always been a fan of vanilla, too, but lately I've been drawn to more of the "food inspired" scents... I bought a burnt almond candle that is just amazing. I have also tried brown sugar, apple crisp and a number of coffee scents -- I LOVE the coffee scents (especially while I'm trying to cut down on the amount of caffeine I drink LOL!). I think the ones that also include coffee beans in the candle design are quite appealing :) Outside of the foodie candles, I love anything that smells fresh -- such as powdery scents, ocean breeze, etc. I even had one awhile back that was called fresh laundry... or something close to it. Some of them remind me of men's fragrances, more than candles, but I enjoy the "soapy" smells because they are so clean-scented :)

My favorite is Clean Linen scent. A place by me makes their own candles, and I got one that is called Reindeer Farts (cinnamon) and Hummingbird Cake(vanilla). I think it is cute when they have funny names.

I love scented candles...I never leave them burning unless they are right in front of me for fear of them tipping over and starting a fire. I love apple pie, jasmine, lavender, brown sugar...there are lots. LIVE IN PEACE

I like anything fruity like macintosh apple, pear, strawberry. Basically anything that smells like food! Vanilla, pumpkin pie, cinnamon buns. Things that make the house smell like someone is baking are always hits with me.
