Most natural disasters have happened on a friday, saturday or sunday. The killer tsunami happened on a sunday, the gujrat earthquake happened on a sunday and so on and so forth..

People tends to relax on weekends.
So that disaster may be more.
Its the God creation.
I think its Gods(master) Plan to control population.

Or most of the people relaxing in the weekend, so as nature is also get relaxed by way of disaster at weekends. Means nature is getting competitively challenging human beings in the comforts angle.
