Young people might not be allowed to drive at night

Due to the high number of accidents caused by younger drivers, a politician in Quebec has suggested a regulation according to which younger drivers will not be allowed to drive at night. Many younger drivers go to party until late at night on the weekends, drink a lot of alcohol then sit behind the steering wheel. The consequences of such irresponsible behavior are not hard to guess. It seems that those teenagers think that the chances of getting caught by the cops are very low.
