Starting a blog.

I'm thinking of starting a blog to help me with making money online. Can anyone give me suggestions about good free sites to get a blog? Thanks.

Have you thought of doing a paid blog? Oe that pays you to blog for this? I just wondered so that you can grow your own income some more.
blogcharm, blogchex and nutang are good ones. Nutang is by requested invite though. Which means you need to go there and submit a request. I haven't heard from mine, so guess I'm not in. lol.

Yeah, it seems they will pay you to do a lot of things online. lol.
I'm not sure if they pay or not, as I haven't reached payout yet. However, these are sites that have ALOT of traffic to see your blogs and help you along, so either way you get to make some money.

I'm using blogcharm, and got paid once. So, they really pay. :p
You just blog as usual, and you will get paid by the number of visitors and comments you have, so I think it's one of the good ways if you wanna earn money by blogging.
But the templates provided by BlogCharm are quite limited, so the designs may not be as nice as WordPress/Bloggers. If you know a bit of HTML, then you can also customize your own template.

Well I cant add any more for you, as all the sites have been mentioned. I personally have 2 blogger blogs and have gotten them up and running both are making me some money though the pay per post programs.

hi friend, you can go for blogger.com or wordpress.com if you want to create blog. blogger.com is better for a begineer. if you don't know how to create a blog then you can visit this blog http://earn-blog.blogspot.com where the method for creating a blog is given there.

I use blogchex because it pays. I'm a blogging newbie too, but I have put together how to use blogchex here: http://blogchex.com/theworkingmom/?category=1675
It's still not complete, but you're welcome to look at it and add some comments if you want. I am very open to any suggestions and tips.

Well wordpress and blogger are probably the biggest ones, both have free services. I use blogger for my blog at http://420-now.blogspot.com, I like the templates and the ability to customize the built in templates. I haven't tried wordpress, but from what I hear it is ok too, though the self hosted version has way more features.
