Have you attended the workshop on Art of living?

Here in my city workshop of Art of living is getting started from tomorrow.I am confused whether I should join it or not.A lot of people told me that it is very beneficial and you will see a significant change in your life after attending this.
Have you attended it, If yes than please tell me that whether I should attend it or not?

I attended the basic course 3 years back. Life has changed with me too. There are hundreds of courses designed by Guruji, Sri Sri Ravisankar. Each course has its own benefit.The basic course being the introduction, has the powerful sudarshana kriya being done. Its worth doing I would say. Not all people are fools. Did you experience it?
