Semi-Skimmed OR Skimmed Milk??

I prefer Semi Skimmed milk, but I am taking Skimmed milk right now because of my weight. I need to control my weight and I like to drink coffee with Milk, thus in order to enjoy it, I have to go for skimmed milk, a compromise.
