Dorm check does not pay anymore...

to people outside US, Canada and Australia. The cheated to me very much. Only two weeks ago I bought in DC Store some referals and now they made a new Announcement, they do not pay any members from outside the USA, Canada and Australia.
I'm so angry and disappointed about that. I hope, myLot will never go this way. What do you think about this? Do you think, it's fair?
