I'm with your first answer: brie. YUMMY! It's great with slices of cold Gala apples...other than that, I wouldn't know. That's the only way I eat it.

I love a cheese called "Lightening Jack". Colby-jack cheese with hot peppers mixed in. Yummy. I also love Gouda cheese. At Christmas we always have a cheese plate with many types of cheese available.

I remember tasting cheese samples in the malls back east in that shop... cannot remember the name!! Anyway I like Colby, I love cheese, without cheese in the house is like being without anything to drink. You can do so much with cheese, or just eat slices as a snack. I do not buy sliced american cheese, I never have as an adult, my mother did. I think it is yuck. It's the blocks of cheese all the way for me. Open up my square storage container in the fridge and there will sit mild cheddar and jack, I don't buy colby because it doesn't come in big blocks. I usually try to keep about a pound of mixed jack and cheddar grated in another container too, just so the kids can make a quick quesadilla for a snack or something. Pluse I don't like washing the cheese grater everyday. Lazy.

I love cheese too. My favourites are camembert, brie and blue cheese. I love camembert and brie when I want to have something mild and creamy to add to my bread in the mornings. I also like to cut pieces of cold cheese, coat them in bread crumbs and fry them. It's crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Yummy! Blue cheese is nice too. There's this added bit of saltiness and can be a little pungent. Wow, I like the taste of it on my bread as well. Even goat cheese is great too. There's a solid core of cheese coated with a slightly liquid portion and finally topped off with a white mould coating. It's also slightly salty but it tastes great on its own.

I eat cheese and my kids favorite. They eat the cheddar cheese even without bread and they loved so much when mixed it to the spaghetti.

I love mozarella because when it melts and when you bite it it oozes out perfectly and it expands and the taste is just sooo good...
