how many of us had a heat rash

I have had 1 and my husband recomended using vaseline and corn starch mixing it together and putting it together use it as a paste and put it where you have a heat rash at.

yes i did have a heat rash too many times and i always use alo vera to calm it down or buttermilk it help also i know it seems weired but it helps all the time and there are alote of people in my country that are doing the same and it also helps them try it and tell me if it did help you too:)

Whenever I get the heat rash or hives I use the cream called Cortizone-10 it helps.
