Psychics...Fortune Tellers....Do you believe?

I have had quite a few readings by various people, and I am very opened minded to both the real and frauds so I am not easily fooled, I have come across some who are frauds but I have come across some who really do have the ability to get in touch with the other side.

Hi! I had my palm read at the young age of 14! I saw a place and decided I had to go in and try it out. Well she told me that I was going to have 3 kids, and marry twice. So I am on my second marriage but also on my fifth child now! She was nice though, but I only spent about 2 minutes with her for $30! I don't watch montel, but I have heard of Sylvia Brown.

It would be interesting to here what they have to say and to see if thier predictions actually come true but who knows. When I read my horoscope the results are sometimes fairly accurate but they could be accurate for many at the same time so I am not too sure about them either.

I do believe in some of them, Silvia Browne and John Edward I do believe them.

I had my palm read once.. it was a sham. BUT I do know of Sylvia Brown and others John Edwards, etc that have psychic abilities. I know many people say that they have caught them in mistakes, etc. but I believe as with anything, they cannot always be 100% correct. They recieve flashes of things and have to try and determine what they mean. The show Medium is based on a living woman !! I believe some people use a different part of their brain that gives them these abilities. It is common knowledge that we only use a small portion of our brain, so what would we be capable of if we were able to use it all ?

I do belive in them. I too watch syliva browne. Love her. I think they could do alot with crimial cases if people would just them a chance.

I find these people hard to believe but at the same time hard not to believe. I have read of some pshychics and their experiences and predictions. I have had two experiences with fortune tellers that later proved correct. The first time my roommate talked me into going to see a fortune teller with her....I had no intention of having my fortune told but I got sucked in. On the second occasion I was in Times Square in New York City with a Portuguese friend and she saw a sign that read "Fortune Teller" and wanted to try it out as a lark. Again I was sucked in. To make a long story short I have to admit that later on a great deal of what I was told did come true exactly as they said it would. Just one example, the first one said that one of my parents was ill and would pass on before the end of the year. Neither of my parents were ill so I laughed it off. However 5 months later my stepfather passed away with absolutely no warning whatsoever. Coincidence? As I said, it's hard to believe but in some cases it's hard not to believe.

When I was younger, I went to a street which were full of fortune tellers and had my palm readings done but I don't really that she was all that accurate. It's hard to find someone good in reading the palms and many of them are just liars most of the time. These days when I get older, I don't really want to get someone to read on my palms and tell my fortune anymore. Because he usually tells you your whole life and I am not sure if I really want to know that much. But a friend of mine is good at tarot cards and whenever we have problems or don't know what to do, we will have him to analyze the situations a bit for us so that we could have some clue on what to do next. And he is really good! I am glad that I got him for free *laughs*.

I don't believe. There have been more psychics that have made their 'predictions' and been totally off base.... My thought is...if you are so psychic, I wouldn't need to tell you anything. You should be able to know.
