Rough day?

Just in case you've had a rough day, here's a stress management technique
recommended in all the latest psychological texts.
The funny thing is that it really works.
1. Picture yourself near a stream.
2. Birds are softly chirping in the cool mountain air.
3 No one but you knows your secret place.
4. You are in total seclusion from the hectic place called "the world".
5. The soothing sound of a gentle waterfall fills the air with a cascade
of serenity.
6. The water is crystal clear.
7. You can easily make out the face of the person you're holding
underwater.
8. See, you're smiling already.
Thought you all could use this for the "special person(s)" in your life. HEE HEE:)

LOL Believe it or not, I was having a horrible day a couple days ago and my mom read me this exact thing. I'd heard it ages ago but had forgotten it. It did help and cheered me up a bit...though I'd have several ppl to hold under lol. Thanks for sharing it.

When I first started to read this, I rolled my eyes and thought that there was no way that this was going to help. I scanned down and saw the "you're smiling already" and I thought..Fine! I'll read it. ha ha
And I am glad that I did!!!! Because wow that really REALLY made me smile!!!!
Thanks! That was great!

This is interesting. At the first reading I was so serious about it that I though ohh today I would know what to do after a rough day lol.
But I would like to be in that kind of place at any time, no need for rough day to go to place like that.
