What's the Most Surprising Thing U Have Done to Your Partner on His/ Her B-day?

Surprising thing that he was really surprised of is when we turn a week together. He didn't know, I just felt like giving him a cake so I make an excuse of going to the mall before we go home. I bought a small cake and keep on holding it until I was about to go down the jeep. I didn't let him go down with me anymore, the time I'm going down, I gave him the cake and smile.. He really had no clue but it really made him happy. For his bday, we only spend time together celebrating it, I guess it was the other way around because he chooses to be with me than any other of his friends.

I haven't been able to do something surprising or romantic for my bf. I guess because I'm waiting for him to do something romantic for me first. Maybe I could copy what other posters suggested. :)
