Future of Indian Cricket Team.....??

the future of indian cricket is very bleak. after so much of water has flown down the bridge, you would have expected tough decisions. but no, just in today's newspaper i read that some very influential BCCI office-bearers are actually lobbying for Pawar to request Chappel to re-consider his decision of relinquishing his post. c'mon what more do you expect from a nation which does not have an iota of self-respect! after the rift he created in the indian team, one would have expected him to get the boot long time back. but this is india.... the influential lobby wants Chappel back to keep the "senior cricketers" in "their place". just imagine, people who have never played a single international match, who have never represented their country to the world, they would like to re-appoint someone to keep these prolific players chained, both in heart and on the field. no wonder, the british ruled india for so many years!!!
