How to increace our will power and concentration

Let me know how can i increase my concentration and control my weavy thoughts increase my will power, any one tell me know how to improve these things

One of the things I do for increase my concentration is, make sure I have a quiet inviroment when working. Another is if I am not able to consentrate to take a nice walk, listen to some soft music, like a water fall or something relaxing to get my mind clear.
Will power frist you need to make sure you set you mind on what you need to do and go for it. Finding support from friends and family help sometime with the will power to do somethng. Being positive is another great thing to do.
