Which cheese goes on top of Lasagna?

for me it is always the same. For me Lasagna is only finished when you cover your creation with grated mozarella. blessed be

Yes, mozarella is wonderful on almost everything, salads, grilled cheese, mini pizza's and it has to be melted for me. A lot of the sandwiches they have out now it's the provolone which to me dosen't have as much flavor as the mozarella.

Five cheese lasagna, mozarella, paremesan, ricotti, cheddar, and last is provolone that is the order I will use then.

I can't say that I put 5 cheeses into my lasagne....ricotta, parmesan, mozzerella go into mine. I put a mix of parmesan and mozzerella on top of my lasagne.

try mozzarella.. are you using mozzarella for lasagna... parmesan is really good too...

It's a five cheese lasagna, I thought mozzarella as well. Then the parmesan, ricotti, cheddar, last is provolone.
