I do believe in an afterlife, but when one believes in a heaven; there must be an opposite. I don't think there is something like a hell out there. I do think spirits wondering the earth for release sounds pretty logical, but there is no way I can prove that it's the trueth.
Evently, we can only believe in what we think is right, because there isn't any proof of an afterlife (yet)...

That is interesting ..how you believe..I respect your right to hold you beliefs..I hope this belief is strong enough to give you hope in trials and consolation in sorrows..

I believe in Heaven and Hell. I believe after I die, I will be going to Heaven to be with Jesus.

I htink somewhere in Revelations, it explains what Heaven would be like...I'll have to go back and take a look.

Mother earth will embrace you and that is it. End of LIFE. Actually I come from Hindu family where we have a strong belief in rebirth and all that. But I have read enough books and I am not convinced about rebirth, reincarnation etc. Souls travelling through rainbows to the heaven.

I do believe..
Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband.

Yes in Heaven there will be no more tears..and no eye has seen ..no ear has heard ..or has it entered into the mind of man what God has prepared for those who love him..Good to read some wholesome postings..plus..

I belive there is mutch more to this world than we see.
It is said that good people go to haven and bad people go to hell. I belive you choose where to go. People go to hell because they want to go to hell. It's a self distrution nature in all people the goal is to overcome it.

There is a afterlife, or heaven as you call it. When we die we go home, we shed this overcoat which we call a body, and then we are free.

Well I have no preference..I long for Heaven greatly especially in this world of wars and all.but I also want to be with others to help them get there..some day !

Well, it could be centuries. It could be 5 years later. See, Time dosnt exist in other realms. Therefore, it could take what seems 5 minutes of going through the life stream. The soul chooses its life before it comes back. It can even go back into time since time dosnt exist in other realms. :)
