Everybody knows smoking is harmful. But do you realy know about its effects?
I am going to tell you something not many know about smoking's bad effects.
Most people know it causes cancer, bad breath, teeth problems, addiction, heart problems. etc. I guess you readers already know all that. But did you know it makes you think and move less?
There is a certain substance called ACh (Acetyl Choline) which is a very important substance in our nervous system. It has a very important role in muscle control and some thought procedures.
Nicotine acts almost the same (there is a type of ACh receptors that are also called Nicotine receptors and are found in our muscles and brain). If someone applies a lot of nicotine into his body, gradualy, his body says "I get this activator from somewhere else - I don't need to make anymore ACh!!!".
It causes a smoker to wake up dizzied and weak in the morning and instead of kissing the partner he/she loves, they tend to look for the morning activator...
Till then it is hard to think, move and so forth...
During the day, there is a lot of need for that substance, and they need it more - so they smoke more during the day...
All of that, and I didn't even mentioned the fact the it has a neurologic pattern that is similiar to that of drug addiction... but that is another story...
I hope I added something you didn't know till now... and that you stay away from smoking...
So what the blip do you know about bad smoking effects? Share with us your knowledge.
