Does God Think? Or He just Knows??

*Ahem* I asked this question in my Philo term paper.. I just want to place here too to know what you think about it!^_^Yosh! *First of all, What is THINKING, and what is KNOWING? What is the difference between the two? I believe in "Knowing," there is an assurance of something. The mind has already acknowledged or accepted something as a fact. "Thinking" is where the mind still has to deliberate from the collected information gathered in the mind before coming up into a conclusion-accepting something as a fact. So, there's no assurance of it because you still "Think of it." Now my question is: Does God think? Or He just knows? Or could it be both? Since He is an all-knowing God, He knows perfectly what he's doing. But looking back at the very beginning, when He came up to creating a world, doesn't the planning involve "thinking" too? Has God ever regretted on the things He does? Does it mean that when God thinks, He still has some uncertainty in Himself too? And won't this defy the fact that He's all-knowing, a perfect God? I don't intend to be against on God, I'm just asking... I am a believer myself... Don't let the questions bother you too much please (But I don't think they will bother you that much, though^^,)...
