Anyone else sick of Sanjaya Comments

You can't vote him off. It would be nice to though. i am voting for different ones but not him.

I don't get all the fuss about him, either. That may be because my opinion of American Idol is about as low as you can get. So, someone who can't sing (I've never heard him, but I'll take everyone's word for it) wins a contest on a show that isn't really all that important? Obviously, this isn't strictly a talent competition, or they would just have the judges pick a winner instead of having call in votes. Really, if the guy wins, who care? Maybe if it were the Grammy awards or some other actual award show, and not a 21st century version of Star Search, I could see getting worked up (but still not to extent that I've seen some people do).

I'm sick of a lot of comments during the morning time. There aren't many quality discussions. I don't mean you, I've replied to several of your posts due to the interest they generate within. Yeah, I'll get off (on stay on, doesn't matter) my tush and start some, as soon as I think 'em up!

I think the reason that everyone is whining about Sanjaya is because he is definitely the worst singer on the show and he is still on. Other singers that are better than him are being voted off. Also the whole Howard Stern voting thing I believe is the only reason that he is still on the show. I think American Idol needs to definitely rethink the voting process. It just doesn't seem fair to me.

I think it's the people that DONT watch american idol and are voting because howard stern and vote for the worst are keeping him around. I doubt there are that many fans of the show that are actually voting for him. The people that don't like him, what can we do? There isn't a number to call to vote them off, only to vote FOR them!
