We consider foreign coaches superior to our own cricketers. Maybe it's time we give someone from India a chance. What you say ? Does team India need an Indian coach at the moment or not?

first of all i think we should not at all think that foreign coaches are superior than indian coaches. But now it's time to give a chance for an indian cricketer to be our coach.but there should be a foreign advisor who well knows about foreign pitches.i think that our cricketers failed just because that they were not familiar to foreign pitches.

Indian coach or Foreign coach , first the attitude of players should be changed .That is the first thing to do.Our players have not developed as proffessional like Australia or South Africa. They are still with olden days of Cricket showing there strength in Indian soil.Coach is just a support .He have nothing to do when players are playing as they wish.If team effort is lost everything lost and Indian team is like eleven cricketeers and not a team. When india won the worldcup in 1984 , do anybody thought it as the success of a coach. No! it was the confidence of some young bloods at that time under the captaincy of Kapil Dev.I think coach's importance have emerged a few years back. And huge amount is given for these peoples that they brings the worldcup next time. They will coach team telling we are preparing and experimenting for the worldcup and after a whitewash from worldcup they will resign like nothing lost for them and the fans are made mad and fools. We are paying them, believing them and I don't think a foreign coach is necessary.

well...i think at the international level players do not need coaching tips....they require a good communicator who can bring unity in the team....everyone has noticed that during the tenure of creg chapell indian team has gone through some plyers; scandals like sourav;s and dravis;s...etc....i think both india and pakistan should go for local coaches who can bring unity into the team
