I like the spring mix and I put fetta cheese, spanish olives, alfalfa sprouts, tomoto, jicama, almond slices, cucumber and ginger dressing or ceasar dressing. What do you put in your salads?

I like romaine lettuce, spanish olives, red onion, carrots and colby jack cheese. Sometimes I use sunflower seeds or croutons. I love blue cheese dressing.

I'm not really into eating salads, except once in a while during hot summer days. When I do eat them I like ice berg lettuce, sliced ripe tomatoes, grated carrot, cucumber, and Thousand Island salad dressing. Basic, but can be very tasty and refreshing!

I like a few different salads. In restaraunts I will usually go for the standard Ceasar if I am in a salad-y mood. If I'm buying prepackaged, I like the taco salad that has a sort of spicy sour cream dressing. I also like Ranch on anything, you can't go wrong with that! And my favorite salad, which I could live off when the weather is warm, is tomatos drizzled with Bleu Cheese dressing.
