Where can one find telemarketing campaigns online.

I have searched and searched and searched. Its not easy to find campaigns for telemarketing online. I have taken two weeks where i have found sites that indeed do offer campaigns but they are quite limited, and most of them are asian origin. What should one do to get in contact with direct vendors and how? Maybe there are ways but I would really appreciate it if I could get some hints or guidance on how to find campaigns online. Thanks!!
