All world sometime in our life have feel with low humour, with a depression, we can't sleep, we feel so tired all time, we feel without Self-esteem, thinking negative, without appetite. This situations are generated by external agents as love problems, family problems, etc. If problems are solved maybe disappear or can still there. Day by day this cronic problem will be reflected in deficiency of any commpund of brain most common example is serotonin. When serotonine levels are lowest the temper always slow and can't do thinks as before are pleasure. With time will have risk of Suicide because negative thinks make believe there's not solution. If you consume drugs this problem will be multiplicate and depression will be greater. Drug lows serotonine levels.
