mmm, no, i don't think i'll be lending out money lol. in runescape there are only 3 people i would lend money to, my friend steve, because he knows what i can do if he doesn't give it back (lol) and my 2 little sisters (they know they would get a good punch if i didn't get it back haha). why don't you try asking people what sort of money making techniques they use? then that way you could make your own without needing to lend any. i use a forum called www.runescape-tip.com/forum on this forum people share tips with each other on many things including money making and skill leveling. we also discuss ways to avoid being scammed and stuff like that. if you are a member and literally have no money, then i would suggest that you go to the flax field and pick 1k flax, this you can sell for 100k. if you are a non member, collect 1k cow hides, as this also sells for 100k.
