I Need A Menu For Easter Dinner

I need some ideals of what to have for Easter Dinner and I'm bored with the same thing each holiday. Can you give me some ideals? What are you serving for Easter?

Ok, so this topic is over a year old. Lets revive it! For Easter dinner this years, I am having a plain baked ham, Cheezy Rice & Broccoli Casserole, corn souffle, cheddar bay bisquits, salad, deviled eggs, red beets with vinegar, and some sort of dessert that I haven't decided on yet. What are you planning this year?
