Why do people Pulls things like Cars with their Nose???

Heheheh .. some folks do some pretty daft things don't they .. although I have to say I am still waiting for the day when I see someone pulling a train just using their underarm hairs hahahahahaha !!!

I'm am totally with you on this one. I don't understand it either. It really makes no since to me. I know the people who hook themselves up to the celing and what not do it because they like the pain. But these people seem to do it because they like the attention. They're not doing it in their own homes - they're doing it for the public to view. Maybe that is the reason - to grab their 15 minutes of fame. And they feel this is the only way the can do it? I don't like watching it either. I think it is completely strange and out there. My hubby will watch it on occasion if he passes it on TV but I think it's more of shock and awe factor for him. Like watching a train wreck or something.

Er, thanks for sharing, I think! Eww that's gross, I don't know what possesses people to do this although I have seen worse done to particular parts of the anatomy and it's strange because I can sit and watch a horror film with all the gore and blood with enjoyment and not flinch, but see someone in real life doing things with their body in weird ways grosses me out. I am not a voyeur in this particular activity and they either want to get into the records or be the centre of attention! No pain no gain LOL!

I sometimes wonder why on earth would someone want to do something like that. I looked at that article and I got to the part involving his stomach and I didn't want to read anymore. No I have never done anything like that nor could you pay me to do it. The same goes for watching things like this too. I'll stick to my good ole fashioned tractor pulls.lol.

What? You mean that you don't pull things with your nose? It really come in handy when y ou are working around the house. If I am picking up things and my hands are full, I will just attach a basket on a string and attach it to my nose. Fill up the basket with stuff and then just drag it where I need it to go. It is much more quick than taking many trips. So, as you can see, it is a good thing to pull things with your nose. I suggest that you give it a try tia.

Your question is absolutely right and I am the person who is going to give you the right answer the answer is that people want to show other that how senseless we are, what can we do just for money, fame , and publicity. I really dont understand one thing that these types of program presenters first tell us that please do not try this at home or any where then they ask us that we want people with unique talents if you are much daring than contact us if i have the talent then how would i knoew until i havent tried it once of prcticed it lots of time then what is the reason of showing that messeage or dont ask people to come and be so daing. What my conclusion is that these people also want to money and some of the stupid people who just agree to do anything for money and fame.

I have seen so many shows like this and contests. It just blows me away and makes whatever part of their body they are using to do it hurt like heck. I too cringe, but I have to watch. Kind of like a car accident, you go by and you have to look. As for why they do it?? Who knows?? To be different and unquie? To show people they actually can do it? Though why anyone really cares, I don't know. lol

That makes me cringe and shiver also. I don't even really want to look at the picture because that really does make me feel uncomfortable! Why do people do things like this? I know that I have never done anything like this or pulled any other things with my body parts. YUCK! I want to know why people do that and why people watch. well i personally wouldnt be crazy enough to do anything as crazy as that but i would definitely love to see people perform such feats.it is easy for us to talk them off.yes,it may indeed be worthless and of no use but they really put themselves through a lot of pain here to prove a point.i heard most of them do this for the sake of charity and try making money for them which i personally feel is a very good cause.

The man has a strong need for attention. A lot of people do today. It just gets worse.

i like seeing it. that people have special talent in pulling cars and the same other things. it is like the strong people,who is strong enough to do somethings we cannt do . that are their shows. what we can do is to watch them . the best way is to practice our body.

I think people like that have a strong need to be noticed, to become someone special, to be a part of the limelight! And NO, I do not like to watch things like that! Once I saw a man push a train with his arms and suddenly there was a loud snap sound and a big bloody bone went sticking out of his forearm, it was so gross! No thanks, no more watching stuff like that. The bloody bone sceen did it for me!

Such things are the result of constant practice. Even you can pull the car. God has made our body to adopt anything. Just needs regular practice. Actually the things we are not able to do seems us difficult but after practicing it, becomes easy.

I don't understand why people do it too. It gives me shivers when i see reality shows with people mutilating their bodies in the form of art or entertainment.

I have seen this before. I thought it was amazing the first time I saw it. Now I am just thinking why? I don't care to watch this stuff anymore it is boring once you have seen it the first time.

It is a... feat. Yes, and if they get famous, they can make a lot of money (hopefully). Unless there are really specially endowed, these feats are really feats - incredible acts that normal people cannot dream to achieve. If a normal person wants to achieve the same, a lot of hard work, pain or even injury might be part of the deal. :/

If he got the string into his stomach to take the weight, I'm not sure how he managed to NOT rip his guts out through his nose!! I'm sure that would have drawn even more attention, he should try that! (lol just kidding)
