How often do you vacuum the inside of your car?

Do you clean the inside of your car each time you wash the outside of it?
How often do you wash your car?
Do you also polish your car? And how often?

i wash my car (pick up) 3x a week since i do not have a garage. and lately its been raining almost everyday here in Cebu. and everytime i clean outside i make sure to clean the inside part which include vacuuming.
Have a question though, do you apply wax every after washing? i do buffing every 3 months.
