whats some of your families favorite food to have at a picnic or just to eat outdoors?my family loves sandwiches, chips..and at a barbeque.let the hotdogs and burgers roll!

i love picnics..i like to make sub sandwiches or leftover chicken...anything we can find is fair game and off we go to the beach or woods anything to be outside

When my children were younger I used to love taking them for picnics. We are lucky in that we don't live too far from a country park so it was easy to walk them their and I would sometimes take them after school to have a picnic tea. Just the usual picnic fare, sandwiches, crisps, biscuits, pop and apples. The children loved it.
