How do you find the host? Is he hot?

I love the Phil, I think he is hot, also he has a sense of humour. I hope that he will continue to be the Amazing race host as it wouldn't be the same, as survivor wouldn't be the same without Jeff Probst. I like the way Phil dresses, I try and dress my husband the same way, does anyone know where I can buy necklaces like the one Phil has?
