yummy!!indian dish?

I love Indian food. I learned how to cook it many years ago. I'm not that good, but whenever I cook it, my family drops everything and comes over to eat it. And then while they are eating it, they tell me I should give cooking classes. Anyway, my favorite dishes are many. The dhals, the subjis (vegetable dishes). I love naan, and I love pakoras dipped in tamarind sauce. I love sweet mango lassis, with a hint of rose in it, and mint. I love the dosa, too, I love halvah, and sweet rice, and chutneys. I love raita, I just love all Indian food. As long as it's not too hot...even then, I'll eat it, with tears going down my face.
