please help me! how can i remove file kernel.script.vbs from my file, i think its trojan

Hi Barryj here. I'm knew here, so I'm not sure what to tell you. I know of a site that can remove your virus one time for free. I'm not sure if I can put it on here? I am an Internet safety advocate, fighting hackers, viruses, spyware etc. . Let me know.
