Do you find it difficult to stay on task when working from home?

I work from home and find it difficult to stay on task if I'm doing something tedious. I keep daydreaming. I suppose its just a case of learning to discipline ones self to achieve the daily tasks. I sometimes find it lonely as there is no other adult around, but on the whole I am fulfilling my dream to be self employed.

I work at home, and I find the same problem. Then again, you need to realize "You are your own boss". Waking up and going to work isn't as simple as just saying ok I have to be there at 8, and I have to do this when I get there, I leave at 5, and bam! I am done. No, we work at home workers have to dedicate ourselves to doing so. We set our own hours. Most people look down on work at home, but it is harder than it looks. To make living, from NOTHING! You have to be smart, not everyone can do it. Keep it up, I know how you feel. I really do!! :)

Thanks for your empathy, it is appreciated. I must admit I do have certain shirts I wear when its time to start work. I know it sounds weird, but it reminds me that I am in work mode and not to get distracted.
