I would try this
Rub baby oil on your hands, paying special attention to the stained areas. Add a little water and A LOT of soap and scrub, then rinse. I just experimented with my on my three kids a few minutes ago and it worked.
you can also try Try putting some cooking oil in your hand and about a teaspoon full of sugar and using it as a scrub. No harsh chemicals and I know it removes hair color off of your hands so it's worth a try. if this dont work it will soon just come off on its own.

Try a soap called "lava soap". I've never tried it for easter egg dye, but it works for all kinds of paints (even oil paint) and other stains. It has little grainy bits in it that help to slough off the dye. It might help, next year, to have everyone wear latex (or a similar material) disposable gloves. That way you can just throw them away when you are done.
Hope the lava soap works! Happy Easter!

HA! I remember those days of the dye that stayed on until the following month! Not this year though, I am not dying eggs for any of the kids. Mine are grown and their are no grandchildren yet. I did not do any for the church this year either. What I did do after years of having the stained multi colored hands and nails, I resorted to food coloring because it will wash off with warm soapy water. I think Paas has to wear off or after 100 washings. LOL Good luck on the removal, I guess you can wear gloves until the dye is gone so others won't stare so hard.

Someone was talking about this while I was waiting in line at Wal Mart (for an eternity) today. They said that the Magic Eraser took the dye right off their hands! I remember from years ago that Windex used to work also. If nothing takes it off, wear it with pride, it is a sign you did some fun activities with your children like a wonderful parent should! Ha!
