Simple Sunshine Salad

2 packages vanilla pudding 1 can pineapple, drained 1 cup coconut 2 bananas, slice and soak in drained pineapple juice Mix pudding per directions on box. Pour in pineapple. Sprinkle with coconut Arrange Sliced bananas on top.

This sounds really yummy. I will try it and see how the rest of the family likes it. We are always looking for something different from the same ol same ol and I like the fact that it isn't a difficult dish to make. Thanks for the recipe!

I especially like this in the summertime, because it's so easy, and doesn't require alot of time in the kitchen and over a hot stove.

This sounds great all of the fruits mixed in with vanilla pudding.

It is very good. I like it during the summer time, because you can get all the fruit fresh. It's great paired with a bowl of soup and a sandwich. Makes for a nice light supper.
